Second, surround yourself with people who bring constructive thoughts, joy and hope into your life. Avoid those who are spreading toxicity.
Finally, it seems like your circumstances are, to an extent, at rock bottom. Therefore, adopt the Harry Potter mentality as he boards the train to Hogwarts. I forgot how Rowling expresses it exactly, but here is an (at least 50%, I hope) accurate paraphrase: whatever he must be going to would have to be better than what he was leaving behind. Concentrate on your post-university destination, and think in those terms.

Three years ago, I joined with such high hopes, excitement, and a clear goal in mind—but now, it feels like I'm on a sinking ship that's deteriorating day by day. We need urgent, immediate intervention! Almost every day, we're bombarded with endless "mail wars," and petty outrage that leave me deeply uncertain and anxious about my future career.
How much longer can we endure this chaos ?
