Working for CAM, SAM, AZB, Trilegal, KCO etc. Versus Microsoft, Google, Tata, ITC etc.

What are the main differences in perks? I mean housing, car, driver, shopping vouchers, foreign holidays, business class travel, club memberships etc.
In law firms, except fixed fee and bonus, you get nothing. The only benefit is tax benefit. Perks at the top of the companies you have mentioned are far more than any law firm, at least in India, can ever give.
At JSA you get 3k every month for mobile plan + home wifi, 2k every year for keyboard/mouse and 20k every other year for a phone
I know for a fact that JSA pays at least driver and fuel cost for EPs. Host of other corporate benefits also they get.
Then why do T1 lawyers not shift to companies like ITC, Tata?
Italy di maid, fat cigars

Pull up like a sheikh, chauffeured cars

Tailored suits, lakkhan de pair
You get literally nothing in a t1 firm compared to what a big mnc provides its top executives
Boss even Tier 6 start-ups in Bangalore have swankier offices and better amenities than T1 law firms. Googles and Microsofts are a different league altogether. Except fixed fee and a bonus, expect nothing from any law firm.
Tell me your yearly salary is in 5 digits without telling me
Nothing beats the tax benefits of a law firm. No company perks can beat it. Its all about cash and high take home. Rest everything can be bought with that extra cash.
Much more to life beyond saving a couple of lakhs
Salaried Partners and Equity Partners get a lot of corporate benefits.
we were discussing t1s where did saraf come from
Toxicity, abuses, taunts and self doubt- well these are the Perks 😃
Comment about the difference in offices is right. I went to the office of an MNC. Gym, cafe, foosball, Playstation... 😍 And everyone finished by 5.30/6.
