About the Role:
NAVI's legal team files Section 25 (Payments and Settlement Systems Act) (similar to Sec 138 NI Act) cases for the recovery of personal loans. Before filing, we hand-deliver legal notices to the customer.
This is a fieldwork role where you would be accompanying our field agent to the customer's location to serve the notices. The key responsibility is to clearly and professionally explain the contents of the legal notices and clarify any questions the customer may have.
Key Details:
- Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Kanpur, Kolkata, Patna & Delhi.
- Training: We will provide complete training on the process and what needs to be communicated.
- Work Commitment: 3-4 days per month.
- Workload: Approximately 25-35 notices to be handled per month.
- Compensation: ₹12,000 per month (negotiable).
- Reimbursement: All petrol/local travel expenses incurred during the fieldwork will be reimbursed.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in both Hindi, English & the relevant local language (as applicable).
- Basic understanding of legal notices.
- Professional demeanour and good communication skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork within the city.
