Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?
1. Those with law degrees generally don't go into IIMs.
2. Law degree holders also get additional points for 'subject diversity'.
This was some 5 years back; back then there was a separate shortlist for interviews for social science grads (law, economics, etc).
FYI - Medical students with a CAT percentile of < 80 have also got calls .
It's definitely not easier. An engineer from IIT likely outdoes you on most of these parameters, while also being able score better in CAT than you because of the grip they hold over DILR and Quants.
