Ooohh. Bumping this for visibility.

I am the curious too!!!
Morgan Stanley was advising Bira and CAM was also on the deal. This involved the top 2 capital markets firm in India. This is also why a major capital markets lawyer had to step down and allow a rival to come in the firm
Wow. This deal caused that move? Other than CAM, they traditionally were being advised by another lower parel firm, what about them, any blowback in them?
This so-called naming fiasco is a red herring - Ankur Jain burned all the money that they got from their investors, and this was one of many excuses that they came up with to explain that, and that is why the investors now want Jain out of Bira.
