All of the ones that you have mentioned are quite good
NUJSLR mostly features it's own students - and is not peer reviewed. Would definitely not recommend it. NLS journals are indeed time consuming, but you can be sure it will be a peer reviewed by people of high calibre! And no nepotism given the double blind process.

The NUJS Law Review is the only student run journal that's able to balance having 4 issues a year and ensuring quality of each publication. Unlike NLSIR, they're not accepting/rejecting solely on the basis of institutional affiliation.
