Then you'd have a dollar or two. The question is whether the Supreme Court should be engaging in work "outside of mere doctrinal law".
If I had a penny every time a lawyer failed to recognise that law has a life outside of mere doctrinal law.
Correct. The Supreme Court should listen to baseless claims by serial litigants.
Bro have you heard of the difference between judicial and non judicial functions of the court? did your profs not teach you this?
The Supreme Court is not a monolith. There are multiple ways in which the court is divided. Judges, the ones whose constitutional job it is to write judgments, are hardly the ones writing these reports.
To be honest, it is high time that actual issues such as setting up regional benches of the Apex Court are taken into consideration.
Why are you offended if our country's apex court is publishing official sanctioned reports that are very likely to be contributing heavily to both academic and legal study advancement as well as adjudication
