However, the work culture is too fast paced; and men often get treated better than women with pay and promotions.
People on the SA and PA levels do not do much to help the first draft of projects so, the burden falls on the associates. This makes work supremely challenging and stressful.
While I enjoyed working here, the mismanagement can be handled better.
The attrition is certainly concerning.
