If adjournments had a separate Bar exam paper, many would pass with distinction
Delhi team of ELP is damn good, one of the best in the country. Handling pan india litigation and advisory matters.
I want to live in the same parallel world you are in
A well that runs dry was just pretending to be a well
Let's talk about the non tax lit team. Tax team is the face of the firm. They know their job.
The ship is just in a phase of transition. Supporters may waver, but I am a loyal sailor. I will back the ship till the very end, because Iโ€™m confident it will steady itself and chart a stronger course ahead

You speak like your master - incorrigible and inarticulate
I like what you did there. Every forum needs its own resident wit. I will merely continue adding the inconvenient detail of accuracy to the thread whenever required.
Kumar is literally the best tax lawyer in the country. He has gotten impossible orders. We all need to introspect harder before making random allegations.
It would help if people made an effort to start their day on time rather than strolling in around 3 PM and then projecting that theyโ€™re swamped with work. If you begin working mid-afternoon, itโ€™s only natural that youโ€™ll appear perpetually busy.

Then what do they do? They appeared in so many SC cases last year.
No, the Delhi Partner โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ. Mostly briefs. The team I am told is good. If given an opportunity they can step up
Actually ELP was never much into appearing in SC, or even HC.
How is the Delhi tax litigation team at ELP? Do they independently appear in matters? Do they have enough practice after departure of a big team from Mumbai to Trilegal
