No, that would make such a law firm toxic. How can they do that?
There is a dedicated firing squad at my firm. Their standard line is β€œBack against the wall”
True. My batchmate is one of them (from lit team)
Do i know you? Did you shift base from Delhi to Bangalore recently?
No. It's a very niche practice area so can't say though - but I was always based out of delhi
Please know that it's not always because of work. Sometimes you may have issues like your interpersonal relationship with seniors etc
Yes they do. It is called PIP ( performance improvement plan). If you don't do well and prove yourself in PIP, people are fired. Mostly people resign on their own for looking at good on CV. I have seen 2 such incidents.
I didn't know PIP was a thing in law firms, but in corps, it's just an indication for you to look out for another job. The employer's version of a notice period.
People get put on PIP for reasons other than performance as well. Office politics, partner not liking you, are also reasons for getting put on PIP.
Have always been curious as to how is work culture at KCO?

The MP seems like a decent humble guy unlike his immediate competitors mainly the splitted brothers.
