Hi!

I’m a recent law graduate (batch of 2020-2025 from a Non-NLU). I have two publications under consideration right now but no official writing experience.

How can I become a columnist or hold an editorial position in a newspaper? Any insights on this?
You need to establish a well-rounded law career to pitch articles and op-eds to the newspapers. The author and his/her achievements will determine how seriously the article will be taken; it is an unsaid rule, but it is true.
No, this is not true. Even law students can publish op-eds in places like The Hindu if the editorial team likes the article. Just write well and send in the article (not sure why you would want to publish in newspapers of all places though).
bhai kaha, have reached out to so many people, they don't even respond. the hindu type editorials dont publish unless you have a credible name or source to push it
What about playing your strengths. My strength is writing and research. I’m far from what a litigator should be.
