I've noticed that some Law Firms have a "Knowledge Management Team", what exactly does a KMT do? Do people on such teams work on matters, transactions and the like? Or is it a full time research position? What is the pay like?
I open mails from the KM team only because that number indicating unread mails irritates me.
Make an outlook rule to move them.the second they come. You dont see them.
Law firms exist to make money, not to share knowledge. This will tell you the importance of km teams within law firms.
This mixing with HR stuff... is this how it works in the magic circle law firms as well, do you know? After all, per my understanding, that's where this kind of a thing originates from.
