Otherwise it's quite common for A1/A2 to be earing less than home grown associates.
So say I join a boutique firm right after graduation for around ₹40k/month (mainly to learn and gain experience) but then later move to a tier 1 where the A0 salary is around 1.2L/month.
If I join as an A1 or move after around 6 months, will they pay me the standard 1.2 (as per the A0/A1 band) or offer a hike on my current ₹40k which would obviously be way lower in comparison?
would really appreciate any insights from anyone who’s been through this or knows how it usually works, please share your experience 🙏
