anyways, i have a few questions to put forward:
1. what are the necessary qualifications? im aware of the need to have an LLM but is a PhD required aswell?
2. is the job market super saturated? like for example, if we take the example of STEM fields, most of the people who pursue their PG in pure sciences (ie. physics/chem/bio/math) followed by a PhD find it super tough to bag an academic position, inspite of being meritorious af... due to extreme saturation. is this persistent in the academic domain of law aswell? given, one is a passionate student with good grades, a decent number of publications and a zeal for teaching and learning.
3. what would be the average payscale?

2. It is saturated unfortunately. A very high number of students are doing 1 year LLM which makes number of people with essential qualification as very high.
