I was not talking about him. I was talking about Ralsen. The one who comes on Lallantop.
Coming to the threads on this website comes to remind me how pointless the law school education in India is. There is not one thing that is learned properly about caste, how it works and what its effects are.
I strongly believe that SC/ST act needs a drastic change.

Plus, the man according to him is "Dalit" himself.
The Left ecosystem is desperately raking up caste at every opportunity. They see it as their last chance to defeat Modi, after 3 successive defeats.
The courts have said in umpteen judgements that just because target of an attack is an SC doesn't make it a casteist attack. Again don't try to make it casteist where it is not.
Why should she attend? And why should that be held against them? They are Buddhists, the RSS is a private organisation and Vijayadashami is a religious holiday of a religion that oppressed their people for millennia. She rightfully declined
It is a defined atrocity committed by a non SC person on an SC person in public. It falls squarely within SC/ST POA and the man is lucky that CJI Gavai did not press charges
Not for his caste/religion but for his statement. The action is still deplorable but at least don't frame it as a caste issue.

The NLUD person you are talking about was outed on social media. Also a similar "activist" from NLSIU. But after a few years people forget. Also, these people send legal notices to Medium, FB etc and get those posts removed.
Very true, same for DYC and other judges who just keep preaching lofty ideals in conferences and how this is vastly different that what is applied by them during court proceedings
Yet he is the first CJI to get a shoe thrown at him in court. Economic privilege doesn't erase caste. Those ugly stereotypes are real.
There's a guy in NLUD whose entire career is based on this.

I wish people come to know about his deeds.
