This is actually good for India in a way. U.S. LLMs (with the possible exceptions of things like the UCLA Legal Philosophy, NYU Legal Theory etc) were largely scams - de facto baby JDs without the proper advantages even of a JD. Indian students can now go elsewhere.
That order is only applicable for undergrads. Not for LLM. Do your research.
Why go where you're not wanted. There's plenty of severely underpopulated first world countries that offer LLMs if you want to study abroad. LLMs in India are definitely not worth it either.
