Genz or whoever the fresh entrants are have a problem with “practice”. It takes time to learn something and acquire a skill which they have no patience to do. Since they want things faster they will probably leave the race, or end up doing things like fraudulent stuff more easily just get that A1 life!
But sadly Gen X and Gen Y have continued the toxicity of boomers. Both these generations also look down on Gen Z and make sarcastic comments about us.
