All I could Find was years old review and pay structure is it really 45K?? and culture that bad hows the corporate/ cap mark team?/
Starts at 65k a month. Increments are good if youโ€™re in high billing teams. Some SAs match t1 pay. Also, there is no cap mark team.
58k post tds but yes, the culture โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ

No it's 65k for corp/disputes

75k for banking

It changed in 2023
It's same across teams - 65k, including litigation as well.

Partners here bill on plain rates and not hourly basis. Hence more work hours = more billing. You don't need to maintain a time sheet but you need to work almost everyday to achieve the target
B&F team is still 60k to freshers- just checked with a fresher at the firm
65k - Post tax 58,500. Also march-bonus is closer to 1.3L for A0s
Note: You get the tds amount back after filling itr
is the name worth it to slouch ur early career for a better opportunity later?
Yes you can easily lateral out from b&f, plus the salary grows exponentially later

A1 -12L + 3L

A2- 18L + 4L

Verified numbers
That's almost tier 1 level at A2. Which boutiques pray tell
Boutiques will also come at the cost of pay growth (y.o.y) and exposure. Both are quite nice here
any other perk worth joining for other than the great pay
do they hire easily? usually on what criteria? what is duration from intern to A0?
Not so good for corp, good for real estate and banking
how do they decide which team will you intern under ?? and which Partners should i be vary off?
Sir, please upgrade your grammar and other soft skills before applying there. Or to any other employer for that matter.
