How is it exceeding the quota? If he is counted as an SC student despite qualifying in merit, that is increasing the share of GC by one seat which that person shouldn't have gotten had this guy not been SC. Have some common sense
If you are SC/ST/OBC + EWS + domicile, is it possible to apply under 3 quotas? Or one? I don't think there is enough clarity there. Very opaque how certain colleges allocate seats.
EWS by definition excludes SC/ST/OBC. Domicile operates horizontally across all other quotas.
There is no concept of age relaxation in CLAT as there is no maximum age limit.
OPs question is about CLAT, where did IAS enter the picture.
