Now usually anonymous complaints are not entertained by the system. but then I would advise you not to reveal your identity - we live in a third world, tin-pot republic with no accountability in any form. So, if you reveal your identity, chances are that you will experience a rebuke.
so when sending the complaint, try and attach some evidence in support of your claims. something concrete enough for someone who is willing to take action to act.
The other option is to look for someone influential or a union who can take up your complaint. Usually it's the student unions who do these things . But I suppose in a private university they are all kept out so that the studious environment is not damaged. You can try your luck getting in touch with NSUI or SFI. They may do something if they feel like. ABVP I am not sure - my experience with them has been that they are interested only in pursuing hindutva related stuff. But I guess there is no harm in asking.

Bar council is already over burdened with no time for legal education . Many times people would have tried to complaint to bci about their own college standard but nothing happens . Better would be to approach ugc, or ur state higher education regulator through email .or the Chancellor of univ if it is governor .read the act establishing your uni.
Bci is not useful they wont give heed
