Yes, I have two full service firms lined up but not in corporate
Ask if there is any way for you to switch to a different practice area like M&A or even just plain disputes for that matter. TMT would also be very ideal given your interest in IP
What’s the placement scene like in your college? Is day zero over?
Not really, but IP firms don’t recruit from my college, and the placement prospects are looking rather bleak.
IP is one of the highest paid areas.

I don't know what you're doing.
Hello sir,

Let's agree to disagree on this. Maybe it pays well outside but definitely not in India.
Bruh, even in Tier 1s where the salary is more as compared to boutique firms, it is still 30-40% less than people in the same firm in M&A/ Disputes teams despite having same KPIs and working similar hours (50-60 on an average even in good weeks).
Yes, please get out of IP. Go for M&A or disputes if you have the skills/interest.
Thank you! Kindly let me know if you have any recommendations
Depends on your interests honestly. If you're confused, consider working under a HC judge/ designated senior for one year and see if disputes is of interest to you.
Thank you for your concern. Kindly let me know if you have any recommendations on my initial question.
Glad you understood this before graduating or atleast joining the workforce.
Kindly let me know if you have any recommendations
