A better hierarchy might be the following:

1. Dogs

2. BA LLB students

3. BA students

4. MPP students

5. Other non-humans

6. LLB students

7. LLM students.

Hope the suggestion is useful.
Ha, ha... who needs dogs to bite when there are other students on campus?
They are mostly invisible from the campus or student life. The students don't even know who they are. So, I would not place them in the same category of animals. They also mostly live off campus.
I'll hit you once every week. I promise you that you won't get infected with any communicable disease from me. You can just get first aid provided by the University, and that should be enough.

Gnlu has a serious dog menace, they throw down the garbage cans and create cleanliness concern. The dogs have bitten multiple people including a 3rd year during a feat last year's, but no one bats an eyelid for humans - shameful

But the dogs are all vaccinated so you don't have to take rabies injections. just first aid which is given by the university clinic.
The respect level of different classes of animals in NLS:

NLSIU has lot of dogs. There is physical fight between animal lovers and dog haters
NLS - there is a dog bite reported every other week. The college has a group medical insurance, they suggest you to put it to good use.
Also, what happened after the attack? Any action? Feel free to name the law school in question.
