I am seeking some clarity regarding Trilegal’s current hiring process. From what I understand, there are generally two routes to land a position there:
a) Campus placements, and
b) Pre-placement offers (PPOs) following internships.
However, I’ve been hearing conflicting information lately. Some sources suggest that Trilegal has now moved entirely to a PPO-based hiring model. At the same time, I noticed that they did participate in recent campus recruitments at NLUs, Jindal, and SLS.
Could someone please share insights on what the present status actually is? And if the hiring is now primarily through PPOs, could you also explain how the PPO structure works, perhaps a walk-through of the entire process?
Thanks in advance for your help!
