Would an in-house stint at a decent company add value?
For extra curriculars, maybe focus on the pro bono cases you take up to support social causes, moderate high scale debates and essentially do anything that you like at a decently high level, which is ideally not work, but can be work adjacent.
Get your GRE/GMAT scores in order - get them as high as you can, I had a near 330 on the GRE. Choose any one of the exams that best suits you to maximise your score.
Of course, you need to do some soul searching genuinely to find your "Why MBA" answer, and why specifically from the university that you're applying to - for example: INSEAD is good for consulting placement in Europe, LBS has other strengths (as well as consulting, but finance is one of the main points), and Stanford has a broader tech focus.
