Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?
I am an experienced lawyer having 2 years of experience practising before NCLT and NCLAT equipped with the qualification of a Company Secretary. However, I would like to expand my practise area more and include the areas of commercial, real estate, white collar crime and regulatory authorities practise. I plan to shift to Delhi for that matter. I have been researching firms and I feel karanjawala or Agarwal would be fit for me, but I am feeling insecure as i donβt have any experience or knowledge other than Companies Act or IBC so I think no firms would hire me at all
