When things are good......NLUs are exclusive and deserve special treatment.
BCI couldn't care less about NLUs. As someone pointed out already, if BCI wanted to exclude NLUs from this, this very well could have. But they didn't. So that tells a lot.
Also, even more revealing is your description of Brian Leiter (!!) as a 'great' theorist (!!!). We're just saying anything these days huh?

I've said this before, but I'll say it again, because it's worth repeating: the intellectual quality of Indian lawyers is just totally shit. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Those who can, do get yourself a magic circle job, an LLM + PhD followed by a pupillage followed by tenancy at an English barristers' chambers (as long as you are good and perform well in the pupillage) or a position in academia at a university somewhere, or an MBA from somewhere or the other which is good, and get out of this mess. The rest... I'm sorry, but you made your own bed, and all that sort of thing.

By making no exceptions, BCI has sent out a clear message that state NLUs are irrelevant and unimportant. Even the so-called Tier 1 NLUs were not spared the ignominy and embarrassment.
While lawyers are just 1.9 lakh.
