Culture is mostly good. Hours are what you would expect in a standard disputes team but you won't be disturbed on leave etc especially if you are junior. If court is on holiday, you can WFH, dress casually etc. Most bosses are fine. Some are grouchy but only one is evil. If you want WLB choose a diff practice. But there are very few vacancies.
