What right does the SC have to posture like that? They may ask for evidence. However, with all investigating agencies under the control of the government, how will anything be done unless the court itself takes a step?
The dude's dad and his grandmother were killed by terrorists while they served the country. Whether or not you agree with his politics- and I don't often, questioning his Indian-ness is beyond the pale. Especially by the Supreme Court. Judges should apologise.
