And yeah, if you think you're underpaid, just leave. No one holds you back. Just leave, go and take a job in any other field and earn what you think you deserve because of course you'll be great at anything but the legal community doesn't pay you your just comp.
While you may think hourly you're not being paid - ask a litigation lawyer who is trying to get the clients thats given to you on a platter, or ask someone doing corp law independently how much they would love to have work without sleep.
I think this culture of just ranting about inconveniences is being a trend - why dont you pick up your bags and leave. If you spent hours at the abysmal rate efficiently- you should know bonded labour isn't legal. So please leave. Clearly not going anywhere are you? Go back to your work my friend. The hours may be lesser if you dont spend time with the nonsense here :)
