In principle, yes, but there is an order of magnitude more of larger companies paying total comp. at 50cr+ levels (including vested esops) to their senior management/ CEOs than there are large law firms paying those sums out to their to their founding lawyers.
In the same manner, CEOs of smaller companies get much less, don't they?
Family owners of the largest law firms, probably; non-family senior equity partners in such firms, and founders of smaller firms, probably not
