1. No laptops by office. Either get your own or buy if you want to work
2. punch-in and punch-out systems are only usually in morning and evening right? Ours were everytime you left office, for any reason.
3. 20 - odd ppl stuffed in an office meant for max 8 people
4. People quitting quicker than you can spell the word "attrition". No wonder team used to be anewed every month
5. Run by a single partner who's sole aim in life is to make money, be it at the cost of anyone. Keeping the lion's share of bill and throwing scraps to associates
6. You wouldn't get more than 2 leaves per months, no matter any issue. If you wish to, prepare to get humiliated roughly.
7. You would not get re-imbursement for any intra-city travels you make, and be thankful if you get full reimbursement for any client -related travels you make later on.
8. Pay cuts ever few months, for any weird-ass reason u can think of, be it a few thousand rupees or straight salary slash.
Note that this firm was ranked in global league tables, alongside KCO, CAM, Trilegal etc. Now go figure.
