Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?
To practise in Delhi, Is it compulsory to be registered in DBA (Delhi Bar Asssociation) or DHCBA (Delhi High Court Bar Association) or SCBA (Supreme Court Bar Association) ?
Or Can I practise without enrolling in DBA, DHCBA etc ?
Enrolment is fine, but AIBE would be needed. But Association membership on payment of chanda is certainly not needed to practice law.
