I have all of the above, but from upper-middle class brands. I basically need to augment with better brands for special days.

okay jokes apart you can go for ralph they seriously have great shirts. or go for ferragamo ( slightly cheaper go for Hugo boss)
watches you can start from tissot , seiko , entry level rado , Frederique Constant.
shoes you can go for Tods , bally , ferragamo
1. get a seiko watch worth around 50k (presage, sport etc)
2. get a tailored raymond suit - for 20 to 25k
3. get formal shirts from marks and spencers ( their autograph line up is a banger and extremely high quality ) four shirts are gonna come out to around 20k
4. get a pair of formal shoes from somewhere like aldo or even mochie/ hush puppies work should not cost you more than 10k for a pair
all of this comes around to 1 lakh or 1 lakh 20 at max, if you feel like splurging more I would definitely splurge more on the watch, at the 70 or 80k mark your are knocking on the door of good swiss brands like the tissot prx for example, there are others as well

This will work out cheaper over the long run, and of course, better quality.
If you want value and functionality go for the Japanese watches they are also highly respected and pretty sure carry the same prestige (if not more) as other brands in this price range.
If you want to spend a little more and get something which has a more historical significance like Tissot and Doxa.
4 formal shirts: Get customizable shirts from Bombay Shirt Company – average cost around 5K. TOTAL – 20K.
1 pair of formal shoes: Check THE DAPPER MAN – average 7K + get a good belt and laptop bag. TOTAL: 15K.
1 watch: Don’t go bonkers – at around, 90K to 100K budget, you can get Longines (starting range), Junghans, Tissot (PRX Automatic), Nivada or Seiko.
A good dress watch that mimics the Cartier Santos but without the price tag, and a good sports watch should cost you about 60k for the both of them. Can't go wrong with Seiko.
Good black leather shoes about 5k.
Don't worry about brands. Choose aesthetics and taste.
I can't help you with companies for fabrics as my tailor sources them and I never ask about brands.
I've never done this, I just buy off the rack in Westside / M&S
Also, why are you guys plugging for tailored shirts? Normal stuff of the shelf seem to fit fine.
Formal Shoes - go for a pair of black cap toe oxfords with goodyear welted construction NOTHING ELSE this is a wardrobe staple for any lawyer, or in fact any gentleman - don't go for derbys or brouges don't get any other colour. and Brands - I think Meermin is good around 16k onwards
Shirts - either go Bombay Shirt Company or go for Grover Bespoke (starts from 3.5k) very good bespoke shirts.
50k for suit + 12-15k for shirts + 16-20 k for shoes = still leaves; still leaves more than 50k for watch - get a seiko presage or tissot dress watch - do NOT buy a diver's watch.
After clothes, it’s important to improve your accent and diction. Even if you speak English extremely well, there is always room for improvement. Shashi Tharoor should be the model.
Finally, knowledge of whisky and wine.
And do customised, tailored shirts really make that much of a difference?
