There is. Itโ€™s [law firm โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ redacted].
Dont think there are even management training for partners let alone counsels and SAs.
absolutely no repercussions. high attritions in teams are โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ. โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ
Why should partners be better managers? A law firm structurally needs high attrition to survive and thrive.
Associate intake is around 100 associates per FY. Partner promotions are around 10-12. Maybe 20 tops. The other 80-90 have to fall off along the way.
Except mine lol - we're a reverse pyramid because associates keep quitting
Which teams currently have openings for freshers or trainees pls in Bangalore office
bump for any fresher or trainee openings pls pls pls
None whatsoever- as long as you are billing for the firm
Good time for you to learn a very very key lesson: in law firms and the world outside law schools, the only thing that determines your professional life is how much business you can bring. Everything else is hogwash.
This is not just a Trilegal problem. There are teams like this across all T1s and the firms overlook the attrition because the targets are met. There are teams like this at SAM Mumbai M&A which claim to have great culture.
Look for teams that are always hiring and can never seem to replace the attrition and end up hiring juniors as replacements. That should be your cue.
Examples of any such teams that have vacancies right now in the Bangalore office?
Do you mean like those partners who are running employment law teams?
How much do the employment partners earn at Trilegal?
