I left the firm for good in the month of March and it has been around 3 months, with my last months salary, expenses not paid.
I have sent 50+ emails following up, number of messages and calls but to no respite. On one call with the MP, he abused me, threatened me that you’re working at XYZ, there’s an email pending for BVC.
Please suggest what should I do now.
Especially, one firm with recent management change located in CP (Delhi) has not paid lots of people their FnF amount even after they have served their full notice.
