Who cares? Well sometimes the firm. Selective application of the law or policy. Law firms don't bat an eye in some instances. They also know end of the day everyone involved are grown-ups. If it is affecting the team though, its a problem.
Who cares? Let people fool around and have fun. It's quite common in my law firm - no one bats an eye.
