Forget professional ethics - lots of people with shitty relationships are rampantly having office affairs. To be honest - its all fair to catch feelings in office, we are human, but once you mix business and leisure - lots of conflicts of interest arise. Emotional control is equally low for men and women in my opinion. Women are more sophisticated going about their dysfunction, men just more raw.
