Curious, you seem to care a lot! You chose to take time out of your day to spit your bile out on this platform. This is why all countries need a ministerial position in their governments and a ministry for loneliness - to deal with people like you.
Prof. Rahul Hemrajani is a SLSP graduate, not an alumni of NLSIU.
Exactly as I mentioned above, it's not an "official" parameter. Not for the government and not for any reputed institution.
If a journal is not peer reviewed, then it's not worth indexing. Student editors can't be the decider of quality of academic papers.
A 10-word comment posted 1 year ago was not published.
only the top two of those journals are in SCOPUS, there is literally no other list which includes the rest
So is the North Bengal University's journal. SCOPUS indexation isn't a guarantee of quality.
NLU alumni did get recruited in NLUs even before Sudhir became the VC. Sudhir himself is an example of such a recruit. Most of the people whom he has recruited were already working in other NLUs. Talk about fallacy!
Listen, if it wasn’t for Sudhir, the people who did this wouldn’t be recruited in the first place. It’s only because of him that NLU alumni are being recruited.
This just incentivises journals to sideline student-authored works, even if they might be of very high calibre due to talent or even work experience between UG and PG.
LLM qualified people don't need these journals.
Please only follow SCOPUS. This is not an official system that would be recognised for promotions. Don't cry afterwards when you don't get recognised.
SCOPUS or nothing. Don't follow this, it's as useful as being called Harvard of the East.
Sudhir didn't play in role in this. One of the young assistant professors and some students did the entire thing. Give credit where it is due.
Big news for the unemployed ☝️☝️
Congratulations to JGLS! πŸ₯‚Haters gonna hate, but Jindal gonna steam ahead!
Very well done!! As an aspiring academic, I have saved the link to this.
