2. If you have done enough good quality work in your current firm, there's no reason to emphasize on your internships. Nobody is going to go through a 4 page CV. You work experience matters a lot more. You can omit ngo internships and those done in first few years of college.
3. Most of the questions asked will be based on your work experience, basics of the laws relevant to your work. Be thorough with the stuff you add to your CV.
4. It is usually scheduled based on the convenience of both parties, which is how it should be. Partner interview rounds might be based on their availability.
2. Include internships, just reduce the info dump on it, stick to maybe just the names. Have to keep until senior associate levels, then can remove and just keep jobs.
3. Mostly on your CV and the work done, depends on the kind of work.
4. They do clash, not a lot of partners do weekend interviews. Have to take an off or switch off for an hour and all but thats something to figure out since you are anyway leaving soon, so who cares.

1) Are legal recruiters like Vahura etc legit? Or do we just directly apply to big firms
2) Now that we are no longer in university, how do we tailor our new CV? Do we still need to include where all we had interned?
3) How to prepare for lateral interview at A0 - A1 level? What kind of questions are asked?
4) When do interviews take place? Do they clash with work days? In that instance, I may have to take days off.
I would be very grateful if someone can answer these questions.
