Remember that the quality (and quantity) of work you do has the most impact on your final assessment. If no one from the team particularly remembers you or the work you did, they will not be inclined towards giving you a more permanent role.
just curious whether we have to go and ask for work or is it already allocated.this is my first tier 1 internship. in the past i’ve had experiences where i was expected to keep asking for work as soon as i was done, it was considered rude to not proactively keep asking for work.
and in others, they just came up to me and gave it on my own, and when i was done they were like ok we, will let you know when we need you.
how does it work at cam?
should i be up and about, showing initiative, asking everyone for work.
or is it weird to do that?
