is there anyone who can give me an honest review on the position of academic associate at NLSIU
A lot of admin work. Occasional classes. Too rigourous for the pay offered. Barely any time left to focus on the PhD.
This is a new post no idea really but from the job description it seems like you are going to be a teaching assistant. You will help in preparing course materials, in grading and probably take a couple of classes.
All the admin work for very little reward. Job will do little to help you build CV, wont give you time to pursue research/PhD. Find a teaching job elsewhere.
