NKC has smartly invited people from both camps on the governing body, ensuring his longevity. After him, the “ideal” VC candidate will be someone who has the blessings of both camps. I personally think a VC from the minority community has a strong chance and will receive the approval of both camps, because the Muslim vote is crucial to the electoral fortunes of both camps.
