Which is more lucrative in nature arbitration , IBC litigation at NCLT or white collar crime litigation I heard that if we leave APTEL then no practice beats IBC litigation at NCLT in terms of money and volume of cases , is it true ?
by carving your niche you mean IBC right because 70 percent of the matters at NCLT and NCLAT are of IBC right?
no one is giving IBC cases at the start of career (given you are asking this question)
bro if going for IBC lit, you will be just doing backend compliance, lit side is just slow run

arb is actually where the future lies ( have seen my Sir) also ibc is now on downhill cliff. ( source: trust me bro)

wcc is also average
But senior advocates like arun kathpalia charges almost 10 lakh per appearance at NCLT and NCLAT in insolvency cases don't know about arbitration
I can assure you Mr Kathpalia knows about arbitration.
and how much fees do non senior advocates charge in arbitration matters
Quality of drafting across all NCLTs is abysmal. advocacy, except a few counsel including seniors, us shoddy. NCLT is not a practice you should be learning in your formative years
I want to ask what kind of practice a newbie should enter in their formative years.
