S&R is still legit - can be first pref only if they scout you out and commit that you are on the fast-track; otherwise, their recent expansion has muddled things a bit. Honestly in two minds about JSA, some of their policies are great, but the firm overall is swaying. Saraf/rump Luthra - less said, the better.
