We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.
Therefore, in using the site, you must agree to do your best to uphold these community guidelines.

2. VIPS
Other one not to be considered.
An NLU must be preferred.
VIPS, while decent, doesn't give you any placement at all. The placement cell is non-existent so do not expect anything remotely related to college assistance for an internship, let alone a placement. Being in delhi is definitely an advantage, which I completely understand but I would advice you to go to HPNLU if you are okay with living in a very quiet place (HPNLU is in city outskirts).
Also, VIPS does not have two internship breaks, but they used to have a very flexible attendance policy - which allowed everybody to intern at whatever month you'd like (just dont tell the college ;)) But the attendance policy has been revised and juniors are subject to stricter norms now - so please ask any 2nd or 3rd year student at vips- i can't say- the admin is chill with us interning for the whole of 5th year.
Finally, please reach out to some final-year students at HPNLU for some real placement stats- if you find out that they are actually giving out internships, without a doubt, join HPNLU. The institute is doing better than NLU Aurangabad and NLU Sonepat.
