Lot of openings in Cap Market. Kco, JSA, Tri, CAM, SAM, CB, S&R, everyone is hiring left right n center. Also they are paying insane money.

The question was for hiring at fresher level. A1 to A3 are in short supply anyway.

Start shooting mail around to almost all firms you know and want to work with. They are actively hiring mostly at A1-A3 level

You did not sit in PPOs? By now all almost Tier-I firms would have done with their placements. Try for Tier-II and Tier-III firms and move to Tier-I with some experience.
