Because NLU and JGLS students are overwhelmingly left-wing. Hundreds of them have posted against Trump and Israel, and in support of causes like Palestine, Black Lives Matter and No Kings. Will they be denied visas? Even if they have offer letters from elite Ivy League law schools? Even if they plan to study non-political subjects like corporate law and tech law?

Anyway, the loss is America’s, because the top NLU grads will now head to the UK, Europe and Australia.
