I would really want to ensure I convert this internship into a callback and eventually a full-time role. I am from a T2 NLU with a very average batch rank, so day z is not something I can rely on (for a T1 offer at least).
So I would appreciate anything I could do to ensure I stand out among the interns to hopefully get considered for a callback. Any suggestions would help: research advice, drafting tips, and any laws I should read up on. I want to be as prepared as I can be. Just don't tell me to work hard, I already know that. I am seeking specific things I can do over the semester, so I can hopefully convert. Thank you!
