Option 1: high pay in T1, demanding work hours, boring practice area, mean boss.
Option 2: 40% less pay in T2, chill work hours with weekends off and generous annual leave, interesting practice area, chill boss. Added bonus is corporate membership of a sports club and travel abroad for conferences.
All things considered in your 20s my advise would be to stick wuth a tier 1 and gradually look for a shift when priorities change and responsibilities increase. T1 is definately easier in your 20s than any other stage.
