This is just pathetic, like seriously, maybe you guys should also rant about such a cry baby you all are. You don't know the first thing about the seniors who have secured jobs at T1 and T2 firms and earning in lakhs per month within a year without crying like a little bitch. The firms take people with good moots and good publications and by good I mean genuine recognised journals and moots not lex lund blog or moot court competition. You get ample opportunities in NUSRL for doing both because there isn't enough competition for good moots, people do shitty competition and feel good about clicking pictures with random judges and winning 10k prize money or junk appreciation letter from unknown publication houses and boasting all of that just to click pictures with the VC instead of actually focusing on getting into the competition. You guys won't get PPOs from good firms not because NUSRL is pathetic but because you are.

I remember a senior went to panag & babu recently at a meagre salary, apart fromm that the ones that our going to T-2 firms usually are discarded soon after induction due to weak performance.

For moots we are doing pretty well, but that doesn't mean anything because firms don't want to take any of us. Actually, we live in a very high bubble of ours where we believe that winning moots does something where even our own seniors who were convenors of the mooting society are earning 18,000 per month salary even after 2 years of working.

I think there are 1-2 PPOs but they are only through connections, no knowledge of law. I remember one of our Batch of 24' student got into CAM through a general PPO via connections, they threw him out after in 6 months he couldn't perform.

There is a lot of ragging if that makes up for the zero PPOs. Seniors just rag students all night long here, no time to study. There have been multiple complaints but the professors especially Ashok Patel do nothing about it.
