Could you kindly shed some light on the CTC that may be expected (Fixed+ Variable) for a PA role in the KCO IP team, if the move is from a Tier 1 IP to KCO? The work life balance?

I have been applying continuously ar KCO Delhi IP Team despite having a year experience of IP from a pretty decent firm I haven't received any response.
Anyone from kco reading this, his me help me. I really want to work and learn. It's been months.
